The Wentworth Board

Charles Tarbey (Executive Director)
Charles is a Licensed Real Estate Officer with over 35 years experience in the running of company owned and franchised real estate offices. Mr Tarbey currently owns one of the largest real estate franchise networks in Australia.

Vaughan Webber (Chairman)
Mr. Webber is an experienced finance professional with a background in charted account at a major international accountancy firm and more recently in corporate finance servicing the Australian capital markets.

Ron Hollands (Company Secretary)

Colin Cowden (Non-Executive Director)
Colin Cowden is a qualified accountant and company secretary and has been on a number of Boards including listed Insurance Group OAMPS Ltd and mining Company Centamin Egypt Ltd. He has also Executive Chairman of Cowden Ltd, a substantial independent insurance broking Group.

Hugh Robertson (Non-Executive Director)
Hugh Robertson represents the interest of institutional investors and is a Partner and Director of Bell Potter Securities. He has had over 20 years experience in dealing with listed Companies.
